What's Wrong with a Perm, Pantyhose and Hot Rollers? A MAKEOVERGUY Moment

In the 1970's and 1980's, one simple way for the average American woman to improve her appearance was to get a perm and set her hair with a curling iron or hot rollers. And one way to make her legs look even, and smooth with as little fuss as possible was to wear sheer pantyhose/nylons/stocking/tights depending on what one called them in each country. It worked. It still does. And Kayla is fabulous.
