One Woman’s Emotional Journey – A Powerful Transformation Alice traveled from Missouri for what turned out to be a very emotional makeover. “It’s taken a year for me to finally kind of like myself,” she said, "and now I look beautiful." Asymmetrical facial features from delivery by forceps (known as a forceps baby) caused low self-esteem, and now, as she is aging, the combination inspired her to get a makeover.
