This lovely woman came in from Houston, Texas with her adorable husband who gave her this makeover as a gift. Unwilling to go gray, she's been dyeing her gray hair for years and that's how she ended up with this dark color.
Trying to lift dark box hair color with salt and pepper regrowth highlights is a nightmare. Kayla did it. Lillie has very coarse and curly hair which would not be attractive on her left to its own devices. Using very cool pinks and plums to balance her olive/yellow skin with a focus on her eyes lifts her spirits, is more youthful and, as you can see, more "her."
