I’m Losing 50 Pounds Starting TODAY!
Before any goal can be achieved you need to do the 4 A’s….Aspire, Approve, Assume and Affirm. Kate has the first one down, she really wants to lose the weight. She’s got the goal date, and all she needs now is to give herself the approval, assume it will happen, then daily affirm she WILL do it. Keep posted, because we’re counting on her to reach her goal of 50 pounds by February 2012 and celebrate with a big party! (No pressure, Kate.)
