Vicki is a VERY tough nut to crack. But with the help of the entire team, we showed her the possibilities. She has fine, thin hair and had been wearing wigs for a few years. I think she will now discover that the best is yet to come. We had a blast, and she understood our sense of humor. We understood hers.
